Chief Engineer - (Civil)

Job Description/Responsibility :

* Construction of Building, handling, monitoring and implementing large construction projects.
* Cost estimating, preparing and monitoring budget
* Organize a team of workforce for construction of high rise building.
* Capability of full understanding of Architectural plan & structural design
* Preparing BOQ and verifying Contractors bill
* Quality control, cost control and time management
* Documentation and periodical reporting
* Capable of solving all technical and managerial problems arise at project site

# Extensive hands on and executive level experience in project, construction and contract management in multi-disciplinary projects
# Self-motivated, result-oriented and dynamic are the pre-recusits for this post. It is one of the most desirable criteria for the position of Chief Engineer.
# Experience in Construction & Real Estate Development over 15 years in the field of Heavy Civil/Commercial & Residential Construction would be the prime requirements for this position.
# Must have management experience: including but not limited to forward planning, purchasing, budgeting, land development, asset management, housing and customer service
# Additional Job Requirements
# Ability to work independently and under time pressure
# Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management
# Should have knowledge in MS Office, Auto CAD programs
# Be conversant with current practice and code of civil engineering
