Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts

Job Description/Responsibility :

* Planning, Organizing & supervising of total Finance & Accounting functions.
* Financial reporting of business performance, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
* Liaison with banks, govt. organization, Tax agent, BTRC & Vat authorities.
* Prepare company budget and various analysis.
* Arrange the board meeting and prepare agenda.
* Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated to carry out their responsibilities of the required standard
* Preparing cash flow schedule
* Developing different financial process
* Organizing, supervising Fixed Asset Management unit.

Education Requirements :

* ACA/PE-I qualified

Experience Requirements :

* Minimum 10 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Commercial/Export-Import, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, ISP, Telecommunication

* Age 35 to 45 year(s)
